What's your store terms and conditions?
A bid on our auction states that you have read and agreed to all our store policies.
Payment must be received in 7 days of the end of the auction.
If buyers fail to pay for their items, NSIoutlet will process eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.
We value your feedbacks, please leave your feedback and comment. We will leave a POSITIVE feedback after positive feedback is received.

We setup our system leave POSITIVE feedback for you after we receive your POSITIVE feedback automatically. please leave POSITIVE feedback to us first.

Why you will fill Non Paying Bidder to Ebay when I don't want to pay the bidded item?
Ebay charge final value fee for all bidded item. If you don't want your order, we must let ebay know this issue and get my charged final value fee back. |

We accept Credit Card through PayPal.
e-check is held 5 days until clear.
Combine Payment
Bidding on multiple auctions simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and complete the checkout from the most recent email that you received from us.
Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect 9.25% Sales Tax when Ship To address is in California. |

Can you send item to APO/FPO & US Territories address?
Yes. We can send your items to APO/FPO & US Territories address in USA.
Shipping and handling fee
We use S & H fees to cover shipping, handling, pickup, packing material and etc for this item.
Combine Shipment Details
Item can be combined with other qualifying items to save on shipping cost. Our system will send an email
notice at the end of each auction, and our system will automatically consolidate all qualifying open
orders into a single invoice. Only one checkout will be required for all items.
No combined shipping discount for free shipping item.
When will I order be sent out from your warehouse?
Your orders usually are sent out on next business day after receiving your payment.
The tracking number if available will be emailed to you after the order has shipped.
Normally delivery takes 3-12 working days ( Saturday and Sunday are not included ).The estimated delivery days is provided by shipping carrier, not our guarantee.

Warranty details
All sales come with NSIoutlet' 30-day warranty.
If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and return it to us, we will issue
replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund for you.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Returned item must be included with the original packaging accompanied (like manual, cable, case, etc.)
What's your Return Procedures?
(1)Please send an email to to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
(2)Please pack return merchandise included with the original packaging accompanied (like manual, cable, case, etc.) Please also write a note or print out our replied email to show your item number and Ebay user name.
(3)Please write down the appropriate RMA number on the Ship To position and send it out by US Post Office within 30 days of receipt.
(4)We will carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing replacement, exchange, refunds, or store credits.
Please Attention: All RMA numbers are valid for two weeks from their original date of issue.
Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number may be not be accepted.
